5.B. Consider Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fort Worth and the City of Richland Hills and authorize City Manager to sign agreement

6.A. Consider replacement of concrete curb, gutter and driveway connections for the Oak Park Drive street reconstruction project by Reliable Paving, Inc. in the amount of $224,714 utilizing the street, curb and gutter repair unit price contract
