MAKE A RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS FOR ALL THE PROPERTIES LISTED ABOVE. Consider making a recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map Amendment to change the zoning of this property which is immediately adjacent to the Entertainment District Overlay district created at the May 14, 2018 joint meeting with City Council. If approved, the zoning map amendment will be forwarded to City Council to be considered at their August 13, 2018 meeting.
