DISCUSS CITY OPTIONS REGARDING SUBSTANDARD BUILDING AT 7060 BOULEVARD 26 IF IT IS NOT BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES -- Consider discussing City options regarding substandard building located at 7060 Boulevard 26 if the property owner does not bring the building into compliance with all applicable codes, and those funding mechanisms available to Council to achieve the building’s demolition if the case warrants such action.
