PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITION PROCLAMATIONS -- Consider recognizing and presenting awards to the following: A) Mayor Ragan to proclaim “March for Meals Awareness Month in Tarrant County” and recognize March on Wheels, Inc. for its efforts which have resulted in the improvement in the lives of the homebound and disabled in Tarrant County with continued personal independence, daily visits by caring volunteers, well-balanced meals and the assistance of professional case managers; B) Mayor Ragan to recognize the Richland Hills Public Library for being awarded the 2010 Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association.
