L. Baker, Jr., Ltd., a Texas Limited Liability Company, and Richland Industrial Rail, Inc., a Texas Corporation, regarding signage and access to property owned or to be acquired by such parties located at the intersection of Burns Street and Handley Ederville Road, as such intersection is to be realigned. 7.
