Design of Pine Park Drive – Discuss and approve a proposal from Dick Perkins, P.E. for the design of Pine Park Dr. in the amount of $63, 350.00.
Tarrant County Agreement – Reconstruction of Pine Park – Discuss and approve an Agreement with Tarrant County to reconstruct Pine Park Dr. as per the proposal from Tarrant County Precinct 3 for budget year 2012-2013.
Water and Sewer Rates – 10 Year Cash Flow Model. – Discuss and approve Palmer Price to conduct a 10 year cash flow model for Water and Sewer rates in the amount of $12,800.00
Amend current professional services contract with Freese and Nichols to update Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
Tocker Grant Award – Receive a report regarding the award of $38,037 the City of Richland Hills Public Library from the Tocker Foundation.
COMMUNITY INTEREST ITEMS This is a standing item on the agenda of every regular meeting of the City Council. (The Texas Open Meetings Act effective September 1, 2009, provides that “a quorum of the city council may receive from municipal staff, and a member of the governing body may make, a report regarding items of community interest during a council meeting without having given notice of the subject of the report, provided no action is taken or discussed.” The Open Meetings Act does not allow Council to discuss an item concerning pending City Council business unless it is specifically, appropriately posted on the agenda.)
